Florida Public Guardianship Pooled Trust

The Florida Public Guardianship Pooled Trust is a special type of trust that allows individual wards to become (or remain) financially eligible for public assistance, yet preserving any other resources in Trust to be used for the supplemental needs, not otherwise provided for by the public benefits.
